To meet the demand from recent storm events, we are hiring 4–6 Residential Roofing Consultants immediately.
Our proven system gives motivated individuals the opportunity to earn $60,000–$140,000 per year, with top performers exceeding $190,000 annually. No roofing experience is required — full training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Engage with local homeowners through door-to-door outreach
- Conduct roof inspections for storm and weather damage (drones may be used if the roof is too steep)
- Communicate effectively with homeowners and insurance adjusters
- Present professional proposals and guide customers through the restoration process
- Record inspections, calls, sales, and customer updates in our CRM system
- Participate in training and ongoing development to sharpen skills
- Collaborate with leadership to achieve individual and team goals
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience at every step
Qualifications
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
- Reliable transportation and a smartphone (required for photos/videos)
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM experience is a plus)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- No roofing experience necessary — training provided
